Mobility is Key

I have found myself more and more in depth with any work regarding websites. If it was up to me I would spend the entire day at work working on the department website. When I get home I would choose to work all night on my personal websites. Alas, I don't have all the time in the world to do these things and often choose time with my wife to be vitally more important, even if it is just in front of the TV. Even still I continue to plug away on the PBJ site and enjoy the crap out of it!

Still Plugging away

Just wanted to update everyone if anyone is still checking out this horribly outdated site. I'm still working on another software project and will hopefully lead to new things.

On Hiatus

With the ending of Lost I will be devoting 99% of my attention to an alternative website project. Currently the project is in process with a completion date TBD. I will be working on this full time whenever I'm not at my other full time job. Hopefully when I complete this project with will change the course of albrightattack's future projections.

Lost | Dissapointed

Dissapointed about Lost? Everybody is. It appears the writers have just stopped trying.

Slow Site

I'm still trying to figure out why the site loading has been so damn slow and non-responsive at times. I think it is time for another retrofit.

Stupid Hackers

So some cracker jack dumbass got a hold of the server that my site is hosted on and had to be dealt with. This has been happening for almost a week and that is why the site hasn't been loading or being updated. The problem is still being dealt with so there may still be some delays to come during the next couple of days.

Update: Things Slowly Improving

So things are getting a little better. Slowly but surely. I've been working on completely tearing down the photos by julie site and it has been coming along. I am starting to return to my blogs, but will be removing some categories due to lack of interest. After the redesign on Photos by Julie I will be opening up the site to begin doing custom plugins for wordpress.

Life Changes

So some life changes have been in effect that is effecting the development of the website. It may be a very long time before you see changes to the site. Hopefully content changes will start up again, but with so many shows sucking I cannot in good conscience condone their irresponsible plots. I'm sure by this time I have lost my blog fans (the few I had), but at least there is fewer to complain now. When I have time to get back to it I will modify to include subscriptions.

Getting back up to full steam

So the question lies? Can Albright Attack ever get back up to full steam? Yes, we can, currently I am working on modifications that will enable users to subscribe to the blog on the site and receive email updates. Now that the medical scare is gone the upgrade should come soon.

Hit The Brakes

So it takes no genius to see that Albright Attack has seriously hit the brakes and has no content updates or software upgrades of any kind. It basically has been sitting stagnant for a while. The reason being in short has to do with some medical issues going on with certain site staff. This means that people who normally expect new content at a regular interval will eventually stop visiting the site, meaning the high priority deal for the next software development is going to be emailing out content updates to it's members. So it is really a good thing that this has happened. The bad news is the site will not move for quite some time, but when it starts getting new content the members will get content updates and be able to opt out from their email. Thank you all for your understanding and those of you who are contacting the circlefile email I'm getting them, but I have been unable to answer them due to low drive to do that. I will be bulking out an email to you all to tell you to check the site for updates.

Working On Subscriptions

I'm currently working on a way to add subscriptions to the site so people can get blog updates as new things are posted. The issue being I will need to program a new one from scratch Because, I want people to be able to pick specific categories they want updates on if they so choose. Some things are going on that is keeping me from spending time in from of the compiler, so this is also keeping me from developing.
